Frequently asked questions.
Quick answers for customers and merchants using DealBari.
How does a customer use a deal?
Create an account, verify the required contact method, accept the current policies, choose an active deal and complete payment. Present the active voucher to the merchant for redemption.
When does a voucher become active?
A prepaid voucher becomes active only after the platform confirms payment. Never rely only on a screenshot of a payment message.
Can a voucher be used more than once?
No. Successful redemption records the time and prevents the same voucher from being redeemed again.
How does a merchant join?
Select Join as merchant, complete the business profile, verify the contact method and accept the merchant and payout agreements. The account remains pending until administrator approval.
Why is a merchant deal pending?
New or edited deals require moderation. The administrator checks the offer, price, image, availability, location and conditions before approval.
What does payout hold mean?
The merchant's net earning remains unavailable for the configured number of days after voucher redemption. This gives the marketplace time to handle cancellations, disputes or risk checks.
Does requesting a payout transfer money automatically?
No. A payout request records the amount and payment account. The administrator completes the real transfer and marks the request paid only after confirmation.
